My research is focused on the synthesis and characterization of new multi-dentate ligands and their complexes with transition/lanthanide metals to obtain multinuclear (3d, 3d-4f, 4f) metal assemblies which are interesting from the point of view of their structure, magnetism, magnetochaloric effect, DNA cleavage, and gas absorption, thermoelectric materials etc.
